The Naretu Girls and women Empowerment programme is a Community Based Organisation (CBO), which was started by a group of women in Samburu county.The organisation started as a self-help group of 20 women and was officially registered as a CBO in 2011.

Be a programme that will positively transform lives of young girls and women and lead our society to a victorious destiny.
Mission
Eradicate traditions that have negative effects on girls and women, educate, empower and enhance women to be self-reliant through the principles of gender equality, health and sustainable education.
